Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Executive role located in Noida. The Store Executive will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing retail operations, and driving sales to achieve store targets. Daily tasks include assisting customers with personalized clothing selections, handling product customization requests, and maintaining a smooth shopping experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the digitalized inventory system and ensuring store operations align with Samshék's sustainability and inclusivity values.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and address their needs.
- Experience or knowledge in Retail and Sales for managing store operations and driving revenue growth.
- Understanding of Commerce to support inventory management and business processes.
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site retail environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology in retail is an advantage.
