Job Summary:
Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh GT Road is looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure the smooth flow of materials across hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment needs.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of all inventory items.
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow hotel SOPs.
- Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Store Executive or Store Keeper (hotel experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and inventory software.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
