Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Executive, located in Coimbatore. The Store Executive will manage daily retail operations by assisting customers, enhancing sales, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth retail workflows, providing product knowledge to customers, and maintaining organized store displays and inventory. The role requires effective coordination with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and delivering excellent customer interactions
- Familiarity with Retail and Sales processes, including store management and product presentation
- Strong Communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate with team members
- Basic knowledge of Commerce or retail-related operations is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment
- Self-motivated and organized with a team-oriented approach
- Previous experience in the maternity or sustainable fashion sectors is advantageous
