Role Description The Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sixmile. This role involves managing daily store operations, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory across multiple product categories. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, coordinating with delivery teams, and reporting stock levels and issues to supervisors. The role also requires adherence to company policies, timely execution of tasks, and active support in achieving store performance targets.
Qualifications
- Retail and Sales experience to manage store operations, assist customers with product selection, and support revenue growth.
- Ability to work on-site in Sixmile in a fast-paced environment, including flexible hours as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, familiarity with point-of-sale systems or mobile apps.
- Previous experience in retailg, grocery, or quick-commerce environments is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or commerce is a plus.
- Must be comfortable to work at night shift
Salary: Gross Salary 14,200/month (PF+Esic included) + Incentives
