We Are Hiring: Engineering Spare Parts Store Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Engineering Spare Parts Store Executive to manage inventory and ensure uninterrupted support for plant maintenance activities.
Position Details
Role: Engineering Spare Parts Store Executive (Store Executive)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Manufacturing Plant (Ghaziabad)
What You Will Do
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that maintenance and production teams always have the right materials at the right time:
- Manage engineering spare parts store and maintain accurate inventory records
- Issue and receive spare parts for maintenance and production needs
- Ensure proper stock levels to avoid machine downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance team for urgent spare requirements
- Monitor consumables, tools, and critical machine spares
- Maintain GRN, issue slips, and store documentation
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials
- Track minimum stock levels and raise purchase indents on time
- Support stock audits and reconciliation activities
- Follow FIFO system and inventory control practices
- Maintain ERP/store entries (if applicable)
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of store management and inventory control
- Experience in engineering/manufacturing spare parts handling preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical/electrical spares is an advantage
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP systems)
- Ability to coordinate with maintenance and purchase teams
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Discipline in following store procedures and safety norms
Preferred Skills
- Inventory management and stock control experience
- Knowledge of engineering spare parts identification
- ERP / store software handling
- Manufacturing plant store experience
