Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Store Executive will manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory, tracking stock levels, and ensuring accurate documentation in store management systems. This role involves coordinating with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align stock availability with project and client requirements, and to support timely dispatch of materials and products. The Store Executive will assist walk-in internal stakeholders or partners, address inquiries, and provide basic product or order-related support as needed. Responsibilities also include conducting regular stock audits, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, preparing periodic reports on inventory status, and supporting process improvements to enhance store efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and support stakeholders effectively.
- Candidates should possess relevant Retail and Sales experience to manage store operations, support order fulfillment, and understand product movement and demand.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Commerce to manage stock records, reconcile inventory, and support basic documentation related to purchases and dispatches.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, inventory or ERP tools) are required.
- Prior experience in store management, warehouse operations, or inventory control is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
