Role Description
The Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day store operations, ensuring inventory management, and maintaining organized stock levels. Additional duties involve coordinating with vendors, ensuring customer satisfaction at the store level, handling sales processes, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth workflows according to company policies.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure effective interaction with clients and colleagues
- Retail and Sales experience to manage store-level operations efficiently and drive revenue
- Commerce knowledge to oversee inventory management, sales processing, and financial transactions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with relevant software or tools for inventory and store management is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
