Role Description The Store Excellence Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur, responsible for ensuring that store operations consistently meet Chaimitra’s standards for quality, hygiene, service, and customer experience. This role includes monitoring daily store performance, implementing standard operating procedures, and conducting regular audits on cleanliness, product quality, and service delivery. The Store Excellence Lead will support store teams through training, coaching, and performance feedback, helping them adhere to brand guidelines and improve operational efficiency. The role also includes analyzing customer feedback and store metrics, coordinating with central teams on process improvements, and supporting new store openings to maintain consistency across locations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with store teams and management.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Retail Sales skills to drive exceptional guest experiences and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage multiple stores, audits, and operational tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to design and deliver store staff training on service, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality operations, including familiarity with SOPs and store audits, is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheets or POS reporting tools to track performance, quality, and customer feedback is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, hospitality, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
