Store Director | Indiranagar, Bangalore
The Purple Turtles is hiring for our upcoming flagship store in Bangalore.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Store Director with 7+ years of experience in Home Decor, Furniture, Lifestyle, Apparel, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail to lead store performance and deliver a premium, design-led customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive store profitability and achieve sales targets
• Execute sales strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure SOP compliance and maintain premium store standards
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and asset management
• Lead visual merchandising and create inspiring in-store displays
• Deliver a high-touch, luxury customer experience
• Manage, train, and motivate the team
• Plan and execute store-level marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with Head Office and maintain reports and records
Experience:
• Minimum 7+ years in relevant retail or hospitality sectors
Skills:
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
