About the Role
Lenskart is looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Director (Senior Store Manager) to lead store operations, drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and improve customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and develop the store team.
Manage store operations, inventory, cash, and SOP compliance.
Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations effectively.
Eligibility
Graduate (MBA/Retail Management preferred).
5–8 years of experience in Retail/Service Industry.
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, sales, and people management skills.
Proven track record of achieving business targets.
