Role Description
The Store Client Care Specialist is a full-time role based on-site in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, assisting with problem resolution, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the store. This role also includes monitoring inventory levels, supporting store operations, and maintaining professional and positive communication with clients and team members. The position requires maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction to uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Skills, including client interaction, problem resolution, and relationship management
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with clients and teammates
- Organizational and Time Management Skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently within store operations
- Basic Technical Proficiency to utilize store management systems and troubleshoot standard equipment issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and maintain a customer-focused approach
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in local languages spoken in Bengaluru is an advantage
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
