Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Cashier located in Patna. The Store Cashier will be responsible for processing customer transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately, and maintaining cash register balances. Additional tasks include addressing customer inquiries, assisting with store operations, and ensuring a clean and organized checkout area.
Qualifications
- Cash handling, payment processing, and basic accounting skills
- Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and familiarity with POS systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math proficiency and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in retail or cashier roles is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
