Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Cashier role based in the Mohali district. The Store Cashier will assist customers with purchases, handle transactions accurately, and provide exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining the cash register, processing payments, issuing receipts, closing sales, and managing cash flow. Additional duties involve restocking items, keeping the checkout area organized, and addressing customer inquiries professionally. Work in Moga, Mohali or Ambala
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Technical and Operational: Proficiency in operating cash registers, electronic payment systems, and handling transactions securely and accurately.
- Organizational and Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to maintain a clean, efficient workspace and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Problem-Solving and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and work collaboratively within a team-oriented retail environment.
- Additional Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior retail or cashiering experience is a plus, and passion for healthy living and knowledge of gluten-free or millet-based products is beneficial.
