Guest Service Associates- Store Operations
We are looking for energetic and customer-loving individuals to join Amadora as Guest Service Associates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and bringing positive energy to the store every day.
Shift Timings
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Candidates should be flexible to work rotational shifts based on business requirements.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates below 30 years preferred
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Passion for customer interaction and hospitality
Key Responsibilities
- Serve and assist customers at the counter
- Scoop and serve products as per brand standards
- Engage with customers warmly and ensure a delightful experience
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the store and service area
- Understand customer preferences and make suitable recommendations
- Handle billing/support at the counter when required
- Maintain service speed while ensuring quality interaction
- Support daily store operations as assigned
- Work closely with the team to maintain smooth shift operations
