Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Assistant, based in Porbandar, Gujarat. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting retail sales operations, assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized and efficient store environment. The Store Assistant will also play a part in customer service and supporting training initiatives to enhance the overall store workflow and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in retail sales and related operations
- Proficient organization skills to maintain store order
- Ability to assist with training and support for store team
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in dynamic environments
