Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Assistant based in Alibag. The Store Assistant will manage daily operations, greet and assist customers, handle inventory stocking, and ensure the shop is organized and presentable. Responsibilities will also include processing payments, managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers. The role involves collaboration with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and support business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage with customers and address their needs effectively
- Experience in Retail Sales and familiarity with point-of-sale systems and sales techniques
- Excellent Organization Skills and efficiency in managing inventory and store layout
- Ability to train new team members and support colleagues as needed
- Friendly and professional attitude with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience
- Prior experience in retail or store operations is a plus
- Basic understanding of Maharashtrian food culture and products is advantageous
