Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Assistant located in the Sanand area. The Store Assistant will be responsible for managing daily operations, including inventory control, restocking, organization of goods, and assisting in retail sales. The role requires maintaining a high standard of customer service, supporting customers with inquiries, and occasionally conducting training sessions for team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist customers professionally and foster positive interactions.
- Retail Sales experience with the ability to upsell and recommend products effectively.
- Organization Skills to manage inventory, ensure proper stock arrangement, and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Experience in training team members to maintain operational standards and service quality.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and inventory management systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in retail or inventory management will be advantageous.
