Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Assistant role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Store Assistant will be responsible for daily operations, including organizing, stocking, and maintaining store inventory. Additional tasks include assisting customers, providing high-quality customer service, supporting sales activities, and ensuring the store is clean, orderly, and adequately supplied. The role may also involve contributing to staff training efforts and facilitating smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in Retail Sales and an understanding of store operations to assist consumers and meet sales goals.
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain an orderly store layout, and track stock levels.
- Experience in Training and onboarding team members is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
