Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Assistant based in Jaipur. The Store Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, managing store merchandise, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Additional duties include handling sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the training and onboarding of new team members. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist and interact with customers
- Retail Sales and Organization skills for managing product displays and ensuring store tidiness
- Ability to support Training and development of team members
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Proactive and dependable with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for healthy and sustainable food products is highly desirable
