Role Description
The Store Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily retail operations at the Spark Minda location in Rajgurunagar. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining organized and well-stocked displays, providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. The Store Assistant may also assist with training new team members and inventory tracking.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to assist customers effectively and professionally.
- Experience in Retail Sales and a focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Organization Skills for managing stock levels, displays, and store layout efficiently.
- Capability to assist in on-the-job training for new staff members to uphold company standards.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Prior experience in a retail or store management setting is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; additional certifications in retail or sales are a plus.
