Role Description The Store Assistant role at CKYORPLUS is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore . The Store Assistant will support daily store operations, including welcoming customers, understanding their security needs, and guiding them to suitable CCTV products. Responsibilities include handling retail sales transactions, maintaining product displays and inventory organization, and ensuring the store environment is clean, safe, and customer-focused. The role also involves answering product questions, providing basic demonstrations, and assisting in training new team members on store procedures and product knowledge. The Store Assistant collaborates closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from entry to purchase.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear product information.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills to manage in-store transactions, promote products effectively, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Organization Skills to maintain store layout, manage stock levels, and handle basic documentation accurately.
