Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Assistant, based in India. The Store Assistant will focus on daily store operations including assisting customers, maintaining inventory, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. Responsibilities also include managing stock levels, promptly addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow. Commitment to delivering excellent service is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and problem-solving to assist and interact professionally with customers.
- Retail and inventory management skills to handle stock levels, replenishment, and ensure smooth store operations.
- Basic math and cash handling skills for accurate transactions and cash register operations.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in shifts and handle varied responsibilities.
- Prior experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
