💾 We're Hiring – Storage & Virtualization Engineer | Remote (GCC projects)
g3hive is a GCC-based data centre infrastructure consultancy, and we're expanding our remote Level 2 engineering team. We're looking for a storage specialist who knows enterprise arrays and SAN fabrics inside out, and is comfortable integrating that storage with virtualization platforms.
This is a storage-focused role, roughly 80% enterprise storage and SAN, 20% virtualization and integration.
Storage & SAN (primary focus):
- Dell PowerStore and PowerScale
- Block, file, and NAS provisioning
- SAN migrations, array refreshes, data migration
- SAN networking: zoning, fabrics, multipathing, LUN masking
- Cisco MDS and Brocade SAN switches
Virtualization & integration:
- VMware ESXi and KVM
- Provisioning and presenting storage to ESXi and KVM
- Managing the integration between hypervisors and storage
You bring: 5+ years of hands-on enterprise storage and SAN experience, strong SAN migration track record, and the ability to work independently in a remote role.
Preferred: Dell PowerStore or PowerScale certification.
