Your Role
- Storage & Linux Administrator with strong expertise in Dell EMC Isilon storage and Linux server infrastructure, responsible for ensuring seamless, secure, and highly available storage and compute environments supporting enterprise workloads.
- Storage Administration – Dell EMC Isilon
- Manage, configure, and maintain Dell EMC Isilon (PowerScale) clusters, nodes, and storage pools.
- Perform capacity planning, storage allocation, quota configuration, and performance tuning.
- Linux Server Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, sudo policies, and system security hardening.
Your Profile
- Proven hands-on experience managing Dell EMC Isilon/PowerScale clusters, OneFS features, and NAS protocols.
- Skilled in installing, configuring, and administrating Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Strong capabilities in performance tuning, monitoring, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in backup integration, DR replication (SyncIQ), and storage lifecycle management.
- Comfortable with automation using Bash/Ansible and familiar with virtualization (VMware).
- Effective communicator with solid documentation and vendor-coordination skills.
