Job Summary:
Looking for a Storage Engineer with experience in migrating Dell EMC NAS storage to NetApp environments. The candidate should have hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP, NAS protocols (NFS/SMB/CIFS), and enterprise storage migration tools.
Key Skills:
- Dell EMC storage (Isilon / Unity / VNX / PowerStore)
- NetApp ONTAP, FAS/AFF systems
- NAS protocols: NFS, SMB/CIFS
- Data migration tools (SnapMirror, XCP, Robocopy)
- Storage provisioning, replication, and performance tuning
- SAN/NAS architecture and troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Dell EMC to NetApp NAS migration
- Configure NetApp volumes, aggregates, and SVMs
- Perform migration validation and cutover with minimal downtime
- Monitor storage performance and resolve issues
- Document migration procedures and support operations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
