Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Manager at Storable, you will be responsible for leading our clients through the implementation process and delivering a successful partnership. This role is critical in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and are set up for long-term success. You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to coordinate all implementation activities, resolve issues, and provide a white-glove experience to our clients. This includes holding kickoff meetings, managing project timelines, conducting training sessions, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional client-facing skills, and a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.
