Many of our clients are advertising and marketing agencies, but we also work directly with brands to fill in-house roles. We're based in a converted barn near Haddenham, Bucks and operate a flexible working model. Our specialisms: Marketing and Account Management/Client Services/Project Management, Creative Services and Production Who are you? Ideally you are a motivated, upbeat individual with proven experience in recruitment, you'll need to be based within an hour of Thame with access to a car. What's the role? We're looking for "360" recruiter, ideally with 3 + years' experience in sales and/or marketing You'll be given complete autonomy over what clients you want to work with, the fees you charge and the way in which you'd like to work. This is NOT a corporate environment. We trust our employees to work hard and understand that people are individuals with their own methods. If it works for you, it works for us.
