<div>This is a full-time position that is responsible for the following:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assisting with routine maintenance around the building.</li>
<li>Groundskeeping.</li>
<li>General plumbing knowledge to assist with minor problems</li>
<li>Assisting with receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.</li>
<li>Assisting with maintaining an inventory of parts utilized for installation of equipment.</li>
<li>Assisting with checking inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise.</li>
<li>Help with preparing equipment for the next day’s utilization.</li>
<li>Assist Service Technician or Installer when needed.</li>
<li>Confer with Service Manager to coordinate work activities.</li>
<li>Any other assigned duties.</li>
</ul><div>Qualified candidates:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Able to repeatedly lift up to 80 lbs.</li>
<li>Forklift experience preferred.</li>
<li>Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Must have the availability to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.</li>
