Under the direction of Regional Director, the Clinical Liaison is responsible for the continued growth of census in assigned Assisted Living and Residential Care Communities.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Works in conjunction with Administrators and Social Services Directors/Designees to increase census in Assisted Living and Residential Care Communities
- Utilizes referral management system to monitor and review prospects
- Respond to inquiries and conduct tours
- Assist Administrators and Social Services Directors/Designees in developing a marketing plan, to increase census, and facilitates follow through
- Assist Administrators and Social Services Directors/Designees with hosting events
- Support, motivate and empower Social Services Directors/Designees to increase census in Assisted Living and Residential Care Communities
- Lead and make recommendations on ways to improve Assisted Living and Residential Care census
- Assist Administrators and Social Services Directors Designees in staging rooms for tours
- Collaborate on development of marketing materials
- Monitor reports to identify Community trends
- Follow up on internet inquiries for Assisted Living and Residential Care
- Make outbound calls and build rapport with prospects and document appropriately in CRM
- Assist main office in facility order management ensuring accurate order and delivery
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, or an unencumbered nursing license in the state
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) for this role is preferred but not required.
- Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years of experience with demonstrated success in census development and occupancy management in a nursing home, or other related health care facility.
- Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
- Ability to travel throughout Mid-Missouri often and willing to travel immediately if an unexpected need should arise in a facility
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public
- Must have patience, tact, and willingness to deal with difficult residents, family, and staff
- Must be able to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
