Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate floor staff activities.
Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.

Address client inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
Uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Customer Focus:
o Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
o Act as the main point of contact between the floor staff and management for escalations.
Performance Monitoring:
o Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
o Prepare reports on operational efficiency, challenges, and achievements for review with senior management.
Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure that workplace safety and company policies are adhered to at all times.
o Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
