Stock Pathshala Position: Sales Executive (Telecalling / Academic Counsellor)
Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Job Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who understands the basics of the stock market and can effectively communicate the course's value to prospective students. The candidate should be confident in explaining stock market concepts and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
● Call and counsel students interested in stock market courses
● Explain the class structure, trading concepts, and learning outcomes
● Convert leads into paid enrollments
● Follow up with trial class attendees
● Maintain lead status in the dashboard
● Achieve monthly sales targets
● Provide proper guidance based on student requirements Required Skills
● Basic understanding of stock market (equity, intraday, options basics)
● Good communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
● Good subject understanding to handle student queries
● Strong convincing ability
● Follow-up discipline
● Basic computer knowledge Eligibility Criteria
● Graduate (preferred)
● Minimum 6 months sales experience (EdTech preferred) Compensation
● Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
