We’re Hiring: Inventory Controller (Remote / Kerala Based)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to support inventory data management and analysis for multiple client companies.
This is a remote, computer-based role focused on working with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and business data. There is no physical inventory handling.
📍 Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Kerala, preferably Kochi or nearby areas, for smooth coordination with the team when required.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and analyse inventory data for multiple client businesses
• Work with inventory systems, POS platforms, and Excel-based workflows
• Validate, clean, and reconcile inventory data
• Prepare reports on stock levels, inventory movement, and valuation
• Identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records
• Communicate insights and reports clearly with clients and internal teams
Required Skills
✔ Strong analytical and numerical ability
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS)
✔ Ability to work with multiple systems and datasets
✔ Excellent written and spoken English communication
✔ Strong attention to detail and organization
Experience
• Experience in inventory data management, inventory analysis, or similar roles
• Experience working with multiple systems or clients
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate work within deadlines
Experience with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, POS systems, etc.) will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
