Job Responsibilities
1.Handle customer queries related to trading accounts, demat accounts, equity, commodity, and mutual fund services.
2.Assist clients with account opening, account modification, KYC updates, and reactivation processes.
3.Resolve customer complaints through calls, emails, and chats within defined TAT.
4.Coordinate with internal departments for smooth resolution of client issues.
5.Provide support for trading platform login, fund transfer, payout, and transaction-related queries.
6.Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
7.Prepare MIS reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
8.Follow up with clients for pending documents and process completion.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of stock market operations and trading process.
Basic understanding of Demat, KYC, NSE/BSE, and mutual funds.
Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
MS Excel and email drafting knowledge.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in customer service or stock broking industry preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply (for Executive role).

1–5 years in stock broking / financial services / customer support.
