Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Stock Auditor position. The Stock Auditor will be responsible for conducting regular audits of inventory, verifying stock levels, and identifying discrepancies. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movement, ensuring compliance with company policies, and working collaboratively with store managers and staff to ensure efficient inventory management. Routine preparation of detailed audit reports and providing insights into improving stock control processes are integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in inventory management, stock auditing, and record-keeping
- Proficiency in data analysis, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of compliance and standard stock control policies
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with inventory management software
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Previous experience in a retail or jewelry inventory environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
