STEM Operations Specialist

As a STEM Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and operation of Stitch Fix's STEM function. This role will involve driving strategic and operational initiatives to enable our engineering and data science teams to deliver high-impact solutions. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement across our technical capabilities. Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with engineering and data science leadership to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable roadmaps and initiatives - Coordinating and facilitating cross-functional meetings, workshops, and problem-solving sessions to drive progress on key initiatives - Analyzing operations data, identifying trends and pain points, and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity - Collaborating with IT, facilities, and other key partners to ensure our technical environments, tools, and processes are optimized to enable high-performance - Driving implementation of new capabilities, processes, and ways of working to scale and future-proof our STEM function
