Job Title: Office Manager
Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of The Stillwater Companies.
Essential Functions:
· Act as a key support resource across multiple functions, handling administrative, operational, and coordination tasks as needed.
· Coordinate with all company third-party consultants to meet the needs of human resources management, legal, accounting and finance, IT and marketing.
· Coordinate new hire onboarding, including scheduling, documentation, and orientation processes.
· Plan and organize team-building activities, company events, and internal engagement initiatives.
· Manage and oversee all insurance contracts, including renewals, compliance, requesting and managing COIs and audits.
· Facilitate new vendor and client setup, ensuring accurate documentation and system entry.
· Manage and update company website and social media content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Coordinate ordering and distribution of company-branded merchandise.
· Order and maintain inventory of business cards for employees.
· Assemble investor packages, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and professional presentation.
· Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Required Education and Experience:
· Associate’s degree in office administration or related field.
· At least 2+ years of administrative and clerical experience required.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
