You will join a team of experienced consultants working on end-to-end PIM/MDM implementations using the STIBO STEP platform. With your existing expertise in STEP development, you will take ownership of key solution components including data modeling, workflow configuration, system integration, and JavaScript-based customizations. You will collaborate with senior consultants and project leads to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for enterprise clients. This role offers a clear progression path toward senior technical or solution architect roles, supported by continued learning opportunities, including Stibo Systems certifications and advanced project exposure.
Key Responsibilities
· - Develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the STIBO STEP platform.
· - Build workflows, user interfaces, and business rules using JavaScript within STIBO STEP.
· - Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver STEP-based solutions.
· - Implement integrations with external systems using APIs, JavaScript, and STEP Web UI capabilities.
· - Optimize STEP configurations and data models to meet business goals.
· - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles in an Agile environment.
· - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the STEP platform.
Mandatory Qualifications
· - 3+ years of hands-on experience in STIBO STEP development and configuration.
· - Strong JavaScript skills, particularly in scripting for workflows, validations, and custom UI components within STEP.
· - Experience with STEP data modeling, workflows, business rules, and UI configuration.
· - Good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and data governance.
· - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage project deliverables.
Nice to Have Qualifications
· - STIBO STEP certification (Developer, Configurator, or similar).
· - Experience integrating STEP with ERP, CRM, or eCommerce systems.
· - Familiarity with STEP APIs (REST/SOAP) and third-party integration tools.
· - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
