About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Steward to join our team at a high-energy, premium café in HKV. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent table service to guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Set up tables, clear dishes, and maintain overall dining area presentation
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer queries confidently
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle customer concerns or complaints politely and efficiently
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Steward / Waitstaff in a café or restaurant
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of F&B service standards and hygiene practices
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
