Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Orchha Palace and Resorts for a STEWARD in the Food & Beverage department. The role involves ensuring a high standard of customer service by assisting with food and beverage operations. Daily responsibilities include serving guests, maintaining cleanliness within dining areas, setting up tables, and ensuring timely food service. The Steward will work closely with the team to uphold a seamless guest experience and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Effective Communication skills for seamless guest and team interactions
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage services
- Ability to undergo and provide on-the-job Training for continuous skill enhancement
- Experience and understanding of Food Service practices and hygiene standards
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Positive attitude, teamwork capabilities, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is a plus
