Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward, Captain, or Hostess at Gola Sizzlers, located in Mumbai. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate food service, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. The responsibilities also include upselling menu items, addressing customer inquiries, and providing an exceptional dining experience while collaborating with the team to uphold high service standards.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction and professional interaction.
- Knowledge in Food & Beverage services, particularly familiarity with menu items and dining etiquettes.
- Experience in Food Service and an understanding of maintaining cleanliness and timely execution of orders.
- Training capabilities to ensure smooth team coordination and adherence to service standards.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for hospitality are essential.
- Fluency in English and local languages is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not mandatory.
