Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Steward/Floor Member based in Mumbai. The Steward/Floor Member will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. Duties include taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the service area, and assisting in table setups. Additional responsibilities include following hygiene and operational standards, coordinating with the kitchen team, and addressing guest inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service and communication skills for providing exceptional guest experiences
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages to ensure accurate service and guest satisfaction
• Experience or ability in food service, including table setup, serving, and maintaining cleanliness
• Capability to undergo training and adapt to standard operating procedures
• Teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive customer-focused attitude
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in English
