Role Description
This is a full-time remote Steward role at ZOCA Café. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members, supporting food service operations, and providing excellent customer service in a virtual team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for effectively addressing guest needs and working collaboratively with team members
- Experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service to ensure high-quality operations and adherence to safety standards
- Capability to provide Training and assistance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Physical capability to handle cleaning responsibilities and occasional lifting as required
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
