Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Steward role located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include assisting with food service operations, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are met, and supporting the team with inventory management. The Steward will also assist with setting and clearing tables, stocking supplies, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Solid understanding of Food & Beverage handling standards and best practices in food hygiene and safety.
- Experience in Food Service and assisting with operations in a restaurant or café environment.
- Willingness to undergo Training and acquire new skills to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
