Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirupati for a Steward. The Steward's responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring cleanliness and organization across dining and kitchen areas, assisting with food and beverage services, and supporting the team in maintaining operational efficiency. The Steward will also support training activities and help create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage handling and presentation to assist in delivering excellent dining service.
- Basic proficiency in Food Service and a willingness to learn and uphold food safety standards.
- Ability to assist in Training and mentoring new team members to maintain high service standards.
- Teamwork, multitasking, and attention to detail are essential.
- Prior experience in the food and hospitality industry is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
