Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Steward role located in Chennai. The Steward will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, assisting in food and beverage preparation, and ensuring smooth food service operations. Additional responsibilities may include communicating with guests to understand their needs and maintaining high standards in hygiene and safety as per company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations and Food Service, with an understanding of safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to follow Training protocols and adapt quickly to operational procedures
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and an eagerness to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
