Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward based in Noida. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service, assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining area, and supporting guests with their needs. Day-to-day tasks include setting up tables, providing menu recommendations, and collaborating with team members to deliver an excellent dining experience. The Steward will also participate in training and comply with food service standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage services, including menu familiarity and serving techniques
- Ability to assist in Food Service and maintain cleanliness and presentation in the dining area
- Willingness to learn and engage in Training to maintain service excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
