Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward at Orion Group of Hotels, located in Pernem. The Steward will be responsible for assisting in food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves setting up tables, serving dishes, clearing tables, and collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to provide seamless dining experiences for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service protocols
- Experience or willingness to participate in on-the-job Training
- Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks efficiently
- Adaptability and ability to work in a team environment
- Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is an advantage
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in food service environments
