Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward based in Bengaluru. The Steward will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring quality food and beverage service, and assisting with set-up and operations during events. Day-to-day tasks include attending to guests' needs, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the food service team. The steward may also assist in training new staff members to uphold service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a seamless guest experience
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, and a genuine interest in hospitality
- Experience in Food Service, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Previous Training experience is an advantage, especially in onboarding new team members
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
