Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Steward(F&B)/Steward at Caffe Tonino in New Delhi. The Senior Steward will oversee daily operations in the dining area, provide excellent customer service, manage staff to ensure smooth service, and maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, training team members, ensuring prompt service, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Job Description
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs effectively and ensure satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage services, including serving techniques and menu familiarity.
- Experience in Food Service operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to train and mentor new staff members, ensuring team professionalism and skill development.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-first approach.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
