<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br></strong><br>

<li>Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to maximize retention and drive growth.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide expert recommendations tailored to customer needs.</li>
<li>Manage and resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.</li>
<li>Leverage your in-depth knowledge of insurance products to confidently recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.</li>
<li>Ability to work across product lines and assist customers with their life, health, and financial needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.</li>

<strong>QUALIFICATIONS – MUST HAVES:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Current Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses.</li>
<li>Current or recent experience with a State Farm agency.</li>
<li>Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.</li>
<li>Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding production goals.</li>
<li>Comprehensive understanding of and strict adherence to compliance guidelines.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to drive agency growth through strategic sales and customer engagement.</li>
<li>A relentless desire to achieve and excel in a competitive sales environment.</li>
